The building blocks of the improvement effort. Each idea scopes a specific opportunity, quantifies the value and details the steps to achieve it. A rigorous approval process makes sure risks are addressed and stakeholders sign-on prior to the idea being implemented.
Improvements are difficult until everyone pulls in the same direction. We use a simple toolkit and practical disciplines to cascade ownership – and accountability – to all levels of the organisation. Business Plans on a Page, Department Monthly Priorities, KPI Scorecards and Crew Visual Boards help everyone to focus on – and deliver – the business priorities that matter most.
Good habits drive good performance. To embed strong operating disciplines, we build the capabilities – and confidence – of your team. A combination of formal training, informal day-to-day coaching and frequent self-assessments help turn your people into improvement leaders.
We leave behind the formal training IP and learning & development infrastructure to ensure these improvement and leadership skills continue to be developed throughout your organisation
What gets measured gets results. We advocate regular, recurring evaluations to check that improvement disciplines are in use and effective. These sustainability assessments are led by your own people – sometimes with our help to bring an external perspective. Sustainability assessments make sure any gaps are identified – and addressed – early on.
